BUILDING THE BENCH AT INDIAN NGO's ::Make A Difference

         Rizwan  Tayabali,CEO of MAD was invited by the  Bridgespan group  to his experience  and knowledge on "Investing to fill the leadership  development gap".The Bridgespan Group was a non-profit organisation that collaborates with mission driven leaders,organisations,and to break  the poverty and improve the quality of life in need.
     
        Leadership development is highly critical because some kind of people may agree the decision and some may not.but this was the problem faced by  NGOs in India.Strong leadership is a  fundamental principle on which it is based of strong organisations which are critical  to acheive  results. upto now ,most of the non-profits struggle to find resources,and how and time  to implement time effictive  leadership recruting,training,and condition of keeping  programs.
     
       This event was aimed to serve as a platform to bring togeather and manage critical  stakeholders an the topic and chart a path forward.
