Leadership development is highly critical because some kind of people may agree the decision and some may not.but this was the problem faced by NGOs in India.Strong leadership is a fundamental principle on which it is based of strong organisations which are critical to acheive results. upto now ,most of the non-profits struggle to find resources,and how and time to implement time effictive leadership recruting,training,and condition of keeping programs.
